How Hard Do You Need to Workout? Understanding RIR and RPE

‘Training intensity’ refers to how hard you are training, and it is related to your maximum capabilities. For example, you can’t work at higher intensity than a one-rep maximum.

But, how ‘intense’ do we NEED to workout?

The answer comes down to your goals.
