Strength & Performance Coaching for Combat & Tactical Athletes
Practical strength training built for the demands of the mat, the job, and real life.
Who This is For
This is for combat athletes and tactical professionals who need to stay strong, durable, and resilient without burning out.
I work with:
BJJ athletes and MMA fighters
Boxers and combat sports competitors
Law enforcement officers
Military personnel
Correctional officers
These are people who train hard, often with irregular schedules, and need their strength work to support what they do — not compete with it.
If you want programming that respects your sport, your job, and your recovery, this is built for you.
How This Is Different
Most strength programs are built for people who just focus on the gym. They don’t really account for what combat athletes and tactical professionals actually deal with — old injuries, weird hours, high stress, and the need to still perform when you’re already running on empty.
Here’s what I focus on instead:
Strength that actually transfers
Training that carries over to your sport or job — not just numbers on a bar.
Durability where you need it
We pay attention to the spots that take a beating — hips, shoulders, neck, and grip — so you stay in one piece longer.
Training that fits real schedules
Shift work, long days, and limited recovery time aren’t ignored. They’re built into the plan.
Keep it efficient
Sessions are focused. You get the work done, recover properly, and still have something left for everything else.
Why I Coach Combat & Tactical Athletes
I’ve spent over 20 years training and competing in combat and strength sports while working with people who operate in demanding environments. I’ve coached athletes and tactical professionals who need their bodies to perform under pressure — whether that’s on the mats, during long shifts, or in high-stress roles.
What I’ve learned is that most generic strength programs fall short for this group. They don’t properly account for shift work, recovery demands, injury history, or the need for strength that actually transfers to your sport or job.
My background in powerlifting, strongman, and years of coaching busy, high-performing people has shaped how I work. I focus on building strength that lasts, reduces injury risk, and fits around demanding schedules. We’re targeting real world application and not just chasing numbers in the gym.

How it Works
This is all done online, so it works no matter where you are in the world. Getting started is straightforward:
1. Apply
Fill out the short application below. This helps me understand your sport or job, your schedule, and what you’re looking to get out of coaching.
2. Quick call
If it looks like a good fit, we’ll hop on a short call to talk through your situation and make sure we’re the right match before you commit.
3. Onboarding
Once you’re in, we do a proper onboarding. This includes an initial assessment, movement check, and building your starting program around your actual training, work, and recovery demands.
4. Training + Support
You train. I check in regularly, adjust as needed, and stay available for questions. The program evolves with you.
Investment and Discount
Coaching is a proper investment of both time and money. I keep my numbers small so I can actually deliver the level of support my clients need. This isn’t a high-volume program — it’s hands-on, personalised coaching.
Current and former Law Enforcement, Military, and Correctional Officers receive a startup discount. You can mention this in the application and I’ll sort it out from there.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, you can apply below.
