I take your privacy seriously.

What information I collect When you sign up for free guides, recipes, or the newsletter, I collect your name and email address. If you apply for or join coaching, I also collect basic information about your goals, lifestyle, and contact details.

How I use your information I use your email to send you the resources you asked for, occasional newsletters, and important updates about coaching. I never sell your data to third parties.

Data retention For legal reasons, I am required to keep client records for 7 years where possible.

Where your data is stored Your email list is managed through Kit (ConvertKit). Your coaching application and client details are stored securely in my systems.

Cookies and website analytics The website uses basic cookies and Google Analytics to understand how people use the site and improve it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can request a copy of your data at any time. However, if you have been a coaching client, I cannot delete your records until the 7-year legal retention period has passed.
