Dedicated fitness training, nutrition guidance, personalized workouts, and progress tracking via the TrueCoach app. Talk with your trainer via text, video messages, and live calls.
You and your trainer discuss your background and get clear on your goals. Your trainer makes you custom workouts and holds you accountable. Your fitness plan is built around your needs and your goals, be it getting stronger, losing weight, feeling healthier, or all of the above.
The app guides you through every step of your workouts. You don’t have to think about your workouts, just show up and do the work.

Yes! You’ll get a 14-day free trial. The trial includes a free 40-minute call with your trainer, a custom fitness and health plan in the TrueCoach app, and near-daily communication with your trainer. The trial starts the day of your first trainer call. Only one free trial per customer.

You have unlimited 1-on-1 training access to your coach for A$499/month (US $324/month), billed in 3-month increments.
This is an investment in your fitness that includes your own dedicated trainer, a personalised workout program created and updated by your trainer according to your needs, unlimited messaging and video messages with your trainer, invitation to weekly group coaching calls, and access to the TrueCoach app for workout programming and progress tracking.

If weight loss is your focus, we guarantee at least 4kg (8.8lbs) weight loss within 12-weeks or we keep training you for free until it happens!
If you follow your plan and don’t see the results, then you will receive free coaching until we get you there.Requirements:
1 - You must record weight and any measurements set out by your coach at a minimum of once a week.
2 - 90% completion of training program.
3 - Fill out food journal and/or track using the methods set out by your coach, calorie, and macro targets are required.
4 - If not losing .5kg (1lb) per week reach out to a coach for help.

Nutrition and exercise are two sides of the same coin, and we can definitely help you there!
We use a number of systems to dial in your food choices, but we always focus on whole foods and sustainable habits.
While your trainer will not provide specific meal plans, we will teach you how to create your own meal plan, share healthy eating tips, and use the TrueCoach app or MyFitnessPal to track your healthy eating habits as well.

All your lifestyle, training, and nutrition programming is delivered through a dedicated app! That way you have everything you need in one spot, in your pocket.
The app is also how you will be in daily contact with your coach.

No worries! About half of our clients train from home using simple and affordable equipment (like resistance bands). We can program and work with whatever you have available.
If you want to start building a home gym, we are happy to help you do that, too!

No. You can cancel at any time inside the app. No questions and no hassle (unlike cable providers). Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan choice).

Yes! Strong for Life Online Coaching in English and is currently available for international customers. Coach live call and messaging is based on Tasmania/Australia time zone. All subscriptions are billed in Australian Dollars.

Nope, no smartwatch or tracker is necessary. As long as you have an Android or iPhone device you’ll be able to use a trainer. Though we can link your Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, or Wear OS powered smart watch to track your workouts using your fitness and heart rate trackers to connect your data to the TrueCoach app!
